Masterminds

What is a mastermind?

It is essentially a support group that meets on a recurring basis and is focused on achieving high levels of growth and success for all of its participants. Masterminds are for individuals interested in being more successful in both their personal as well as in their professional lives.

Whether you are looking to grow a business, develop better soft skills, or become a better leader or communicator – we offer a way to help you accomplish any goal. Surround yourself with people that want the same things in life as yourself, and you’ll discover that the journey is a lot more enjoyable and less time-consuming.

What makes them so special?

The beauty of a mastermind is that it puts you around a network of people who are there to ensure you accomplish your goals as each meeting serves as a progress report and new opportunity to discuss your plans with the other members. The group will get you from “Point A” to “Point B” quickly and with the least amount of friction as possible.

Each member holds the others accountable, provides support and encouragement, shares useful resources, and gives brutally honest feedback to ensure meetings are both productive and action-oriented. The result is an environment that fosters personal growth, lifelong bonds and friendships, and a sense of added security among the members.

Let’s dive into the structure of masterminds.

Masterminds consist of a group of 4 to 6 like-minded individuals who all share a common goal or objective. From time to time we also invite in coaches to provide expertise on a particular subject. Each session is designed to move participants one step closer to achieving their most important goals. Meetings are designed to be round-table peer-to-peer discussions; held either weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly; and typically last for one to two hours at a time depending on the size of the group.
